Just know we’ll be there, but first…

Have in mind that it takes an average of 3-5 mins per child to get their face painted depending on the design choice. Please ensure that you book enough time for your event if you wish to have all your guests painted. If guests arrive late, and the face painter has to leave, unfortunately the painter can’t stay to paint the late guests and most leave the premises. Please ensure all your guests are aware of this rule in case this happens, as we sometimes have to go to other events, the time schedule was blocked for the next client.

Hourly rates:

$150 per hour (One hour)

$125 per hour (2 – 4 hours)

$100 per hour after the first 4 hours

$25 travel fee will be added to every job

 

Set-up for events

We will provide all necessary equipment to set-up, paint and dispose of our trash. We need a space area of at least a 5’x5′ for face painting. For outdoor events please provide an area with shade. If a tent is required and you are not able to provide a tent please let us know in advance (Extra set-up fee may apply).

For Party Games and Princess Party, we can discuss the set-up depending on the request by the client.

Deposit and Cancellation

In order to book your event, you must complete the ‘Event and Contact Information Form’ follow the link below.

Also, you will be requested to pay a deposit in order to complete the reservation process. A $50 deposit is required, and payment will be requested via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.  

Service final payment is due the day of the event by chosen method of payment.

If the event needs to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we may put the paid deposit towards a rescheduled event date. A call at least 24 hours in advanced is required in order to apply the deposit towards a future date. If not your deposit will NOT be applied towards a future date. No refunds will be issued.
